La Quinta Estate Sales is proudly co-owned by Jason and Peter, longtime Coachella Valley locals with a deep appreciation for great design, meaningful collections, and well-run sales.
Since 2020, we’ve called the desert home, spending the last five-plus years buying, selling, and rehoming mid-century modern and vintage collectibles. What started as a passion for great finds quickly turned into hands-on experience in the resale world — learning what sells, how to price it, and how to connect the right pieces with the right buyers.
Along the way, we gained a behind-the-scenes understanding of how estate sales really work. By building strong relationships with other estate sale professionals and observing a wide range of approaches, we saw firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and where the experience could be better — for both families and shoppers.
That’s when we decided to take the natural next step: from vintage resellers to estate sale owners. It felt like the right evolution — stepping up our game and bringing a fresh, thoughtful, and professional approach to the process.
Peter brings over 20 years of professional experience, while Jason has worked in sales since 1995, giving us the perfect balance of organization, people skills, and business know-how. Together, we’re focused on running estate sales that are smooth, respectful, well-curated, and results-driven.
