Our experienced team manages the entire process from start to finish with care and attention. We handle the organizing, preparation, staging, pricing, marketing and clean-out of each sale, creating a well-run and welcoming experience for both our clients and the community.

1) Free Consultation

We will come to you and work out what the best solution for your unique situation. Every estate sale is different so our service is tailored to you.

2) Estate Sale Set Up

All that’s needed to get started is to set aside the items you plan to keep — and then leave the rest to us.

Our professionally trained team will handle every detail, including:

Creating a clear and organized inventory of the home’s contents
Thoughtfully staging each space to showcase items at their best
Organizing, researching, and pricing every piece with care
Providing all tables, display cases, and equipment needed for a smooth, successful sale

From preparation to presentation, we take care of it all — so you don’t have to.

3) Sale Days

Over the course of the weekend our team runs the sale from start to finish. We put signs in the local area, and utilize updates on social media all weekend to drive traffic to the sales.

4) Post–Sale

After the sale is complete, La Quinta Estate Sales provides a detailed summary of the results, including total sales and post sale transactions. Transparency is important to us, and we want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way.

For an additional fee we offer a clean-out service including all post-sale details, coordinating cleanup. Items designated for donation are thoughtfully handled and scheduled for charity pickup.
